Refund policy
Order Cancellations
If there is need to cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact mannaherbshop@gmail.com promptly as most orders ship within 1-2 business days.
If you contact us before your order has shipped, we will refund you in full and cancel your order.
If your order has been shipped prior to contact, when received please mark the package “RETURN TO SENDER” and send the package back to us unopened. When Manna has received your order, we will refund your purchase less any shipping charges.
Returns and Exchanges
Manna Herbals will accept returns if the following conditions are met:
- Product with a defect or issue
- Shipping damage
If craftmanship of the product is defective, please email a picture of the product mannaherbshop@gmail.com. If a product has been damaged during shipping, Manna Herbals will need photographic proof to be able to send your product replacement. Once we have connected with you, your replacement product will be shipped as soon as possible. If the product is out of stock, we will offer to ship as available or offer a refund, less shipping fees.

Don’t love our products?
Contact us within 30 days and we’ll offer credit to try a different product. There is no need to return it! Pass it on to a friend that may find it useful and lets work it out.
